Established in 2026, Sandy Paws 30A is nestled in the heart of Florida's iconic 30A and backs to the Point Washington State Forest. Located in the gated Preserve at Grayton Beach, Sandy Paws gives guests easy access to Grayton Beach, Blue Mountain Beach, Watercolor and Seaside. The home is newly renovated, includes an LSV golf cart and four cruising bikes for guests.
Sandy Paws has four bedrooms, including three with king beds and a twin XL over queen bunk room, along with three and a half baths. The home comfortably sleeps up to nine guests. Outside, Sandy Paws has plenty of space for enjoying the gas grill and fire pit as well as an extended paver driveway.
The Preserve at Grayton Beach neighborhood offers guests access to two sparkling pools as well as tennis/pickleball courts. In addition, the Preserve features a private beach boardwalk for an easy route straight to the crystal white sand and ocean waves.
